Harvard Libraries Go Mobile

March 4, 2011

There are now two ways to get library information on mobile devices.

The Harvard Libraries website has a mobile version. This site enables you to

  • start a basic HOLLIS search;
  • view the search results;
  • view more information about that item and where it is located;
  • get library and archives information (e.g., hours, directions) from the standard Harvard Libraries website;
  • connect to e-resources that are identified as mobile-friendly (including the ATLA Religion Database);
  • ask questions or give feedback about the mobile version.

Andover-Harvard Library is participating in a Harvard-wide reference initiative that includes making an appointment with research librarians or asking them questions by sending a text message to 617.858.6187. They will respond during normal working hours (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-9 pm; Friday, 8:30 am-6 pm; except University holidays) during term time.
